General terms and conditions
1: Only passport is accepted and will be kept until your check out time.
2: If you have any visitors please visit them in the lobby not in your room. Otherwise please check with assistant manager
3: Check in time is 14:00. Arrival between 7am until 2pm will be half charge a night and before that would be one night charge.
4: Check out time is 12pm (12 at noon) stay between 12pm until 8pm will be half charge a night and after that would be one night charge.
5: The price of rooms is included breakfast and internet. (You have 1GB free for per day if use more it will be charged automatically to your bill)
6: Payment should be in cash. (The currency will be accepted is IRR or Dollar or Euro)
Cancellation policy:
- 72hrs before arrival date: 10% of Full Charge.
- 48hrs before arrival date: 20% of Full Charge.
- 24hrs before arrival date: 30% of Full Charge.
- No-show: one night charge.
